This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this site only. It does not cover the consulting relationship itself, which Shira will discuss with you directly.
What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you send it. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies on this site. Fonts are served from this site rather than a font network, so simply reading a page does not report your visit to anyone.
If you use the contact form, you choose what to send. The form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, which is optional
- Whatever you write in the message field
Please keep the message brief and general. Do not send medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, or detailed health history through the form. Email is not a secure channel, and those details are better discussed on the consult.
How a message reaches Shira
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to Shira's email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it. Your message is then stored in that email account like any other email.
If you contact Shira through WhatsApp instead, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not this policy. Calling the phone number listed on this site is a normal phone call.
How your information is used
To reply to you, and to arrange and carry out a consult if you go ahead. That is the whole list. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not used to send marketing you did not ask for.
How long it is kept
Messages stay in Shira's email for as long as they are useful to the working relationship. You can ask for your message and contact details to be deleted at any time by writing to shirashifrinconsulting@gmail.com, and they will be removed unless a law requires them to be kept.
Your choices
You can ask what has been collected about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to shirashifrinconsulting@gmail.com and Shira will handle it herself.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging care for themselves or for a family member. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
